We built easyjob because hiring in India was broken for both sides.

Candidates rewriting the same details across 12 platforms, never hearing back, never knowing why. Employers drowning in applications that all looked the same, spending hours on screening calls that led nowhere. We believed there had to be a smarter way — built on structure, transparency, and a fair shot for every candidate.

easyjob is an early-stage hiring platform built and run by a small team with a clear focus: make the first stage of hiring — the screening — faster, fairer, and more structured for everyone involved.

We started with one question: what if every application came pre-screened, structured, and scored before the employer had to read a single resume?

easyjob is that answer — a 3-stage assessment pipeline that evaluates candidates on actual capability and delivers ranked, structured reports to hiring teams before they open their inbox.
