1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using easyjob, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.

These terms apply to visitors, candidates, employers, and others who interact with easyjob.

2. Platform purpose

easyjob is intended to help candidates build profiles, explore job opportunities, and connect with employers. It is also intended to help employers present openings and review candidate information in a more structured way.

easyjob does not guarantee employment, interviews, shortlisting, hiring results, employer responses, or business outcomes.

3. Accounts and access

Some features may require users to create an account. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity taking place under their account.

easyjob may suspend or restrict access where misuse, false information, abuse, or security concerns are reasonably suspected.

4. Candidate responsibilities

Candidates using easyjob agree that they will:

  • Provide information that is accurate and not misleading
  • Use the platform for genuine job-seeking and profile-related purposes
  • Keep login credentials private and secure
  • Not impersonate another person, business, or identity
  • Not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content

5. Employer responsibilities

Employers using easyjob agree that they will:

  • Provide genuine and lawful hiring-related information
  • Use candidate information only for legitimate hiring or evaluation purposes
  • Not misuse, resell, or exploit candidate information obtained through the platform
  • Not post misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, or unlawful job opportunities
  • Comply with applicable hiring, employment, and data protection obligations

6. User content and submissions

Users may upload, submit, or provide information such as profile content, resumes, job details, and application-related data. Users remain responsible for the information they submit.

By submitting content through easyjob, users permit the platform to store, display, process, and share that content where reasonably necessary to operate the service and support platform features.

7. Prohibited use

Users must not:

  • Use easyjob for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, or services
  • Post or transmit harmful code, spam, malware, or disruptive content
  • Copy, scrape, or misuse platform content or user information without authorization
  • Use the platform in a way that harms easyjob, its users, or its operations

8. Platform availability and changes

easyjob does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature.

9. Limitation of liability

This includes, without limitation, loss of opportunities, hiring outcomes, communications, profile visibility, data interruptions, delays, or third-party conduct.

11. Suspension and termination

easyjob may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the platform where misuse, harmful conduct, inaccurate information, legal concerns, or platform risk is reasonably identified.
